Question 4

I am concerned about a specific breed of dog I have seen walking in Cheshire Parc… Can the HOA Assist?

Our Covenants do not restrict any specific breeds of dog from living in Cheshire Parc.  All dogs should be leashed or behind a fence when outside in Cheshire Parc.  If you feel the dog is a stray, please call GBHS Animal Care and Control at 205-591-6522 for further instruction.

I witnessed a dog attack, and I believe the dog is an owner's pet… Can the HOA Assist?

If you witness an attack, get to a safe place and call the local authorities to file a report.  After a report has been filed, you can also send the info to our property manager for them to keep on file with the dog owner’s address.
