NOMINATION CRITERIA

Who is eligible to run for the Board?

Any homeowner or spouse thereof who has a $0 balance.

How do I nominate myself?

In the Fall of each year, property management will send out solicitation for any open Board seats.  Property management will then determine eligibility and place all qualified nominees on the ballot.

How many Board members are needed?

Currently, we have 5 members serving on the Board.  One to act as President, one as Vice President, one as Secretary, one as Treasurer, and one additional Board member.

What does a Board member do?

The Board may establish and enforce community regulations, make spending decisions, hire contractors, and oversee the property manager's responsibilities.

How much of a time commitment is expected?

These positions may be very time consuming and may require daily team efforts and communication.

How long are Board terms?

Each Board seat has a 3-year term.  The terms are staggered so that at least one seat is up for election in January of each year.

VOTING CRITERIA
