?

Potential liabilities exist when a neighborhood of our size is managed solely by its own members.  A professional management company is the best solution for Cheshire Parc.  The Board, which consists of homeowners who live in the neighborhood, interviewed property management prospects and selected NHM.  Property managers perform compliance checks, mail invoices, collect dues on behalf of the association, send closing packets during the sale of a home, advise the Board, and answer owners' questions and concerns, among other things.  The property manager works for the community and is hired by the Board.
