Tightly close trash bags before putting them in your trash bins. Loose trash in bins will fly out when dumped and will wind up in our yards and ponds.

While our landscapers are responsible for picking up trash and tidying up our Common Areas when they are on property, it is also important that owners help to keep the neighborhood clean.
